New homepage theme

I’m not quite done tinkering with it yet, but the front page of the Blog Peoria Project has a new look. It’s a hack of the Edublogs Clean Lime theme. For the time being, members might see it in the list of themes available for member blogs. I wouldn’t use it, as it will not show you posts.

I switched because it does a better job of being a portal for this site.
