Man gets threatening texts from shooter

Police want to talk to a Peoria man about threatening text messages sent to a man who allegedly had his car window shot out.
Charles LeFlore, 21, of 810 Gloendale, told police he had his driver’s side window shot out while he was driving in the 700 block of Northeast Perry. He identified Breon James, 19, of 809 N.E. Madison as the shooter.\
He also said he has been receiving messages from James — who also goes my “Moe” — that threaten to shoot him. Charles is worried for his and his family’s safety.
