An East Peoria resident told Peoria Police that her baby daddy tried to choke her at about 7:17 p.m. Tuesday.

Jolene Phipps was with Jeremy Brock and his brother “Fab” at a residence in the 2500 block of West Marquette. It was there that Brock said to Fab, “Hey, you want to run a train on this bitch.” She stated that she told him that she was not one of his “hoes.”

She then gave Fab her phone number. This enraged Brock, who began to choke her. He stopped, then punched her in the face.

She had some redness under he left eye, and a blood vessel had burst in her eye. The officer took pictures, but the resident refused medical treatment. She signed a domestic violence victim’s statement.

Brock was last seen running toward Harrison Homes.
